Filling out the user information

There are nine items that will have to be filled out before continuing. After you have filled out the information you can continue by pressing the register another day button. 2. Name or Company name (you can include both like the sample above. This will be used to personalize your copy of JewelPro)

6. ZipCode (you can leave this 00000-0000 in the ZipCode box only if you are receiving your code by Email)
7. AreaCode (put three 000 if you are not providing a phone number)
8. Phone Number (you can leave the phone  number with 000-0000 if you do not want to provide)
9. Send By (choose the way you would like to receive your registration)
